The pillows provided in the room were uncomfortable and didn't offer a good night's sleep.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train and subway stations. Being near the train station serviced by the JR Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Plus, there was a charming pedestrian shopping street nearby that offered a variety of options for shopping and dining. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel facilities were modern, and the room had a brilliant design that efficiently accommodated all our luggage. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a bidet toilet. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of mirrors and outlets, making it convenient for getting ready. the location of the hotel was great, with a short walk to the nearest train station and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

the toilet paper provided was very thin and not of good quality.

The hotel is conveniently located near Komagome station with easy access to convenience stores and pharmacies. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is larger than usual in Tokyo. Great for nature lovers.

They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The basic amenities provided are great, and the rooms offer a beautiful view. What's more, there's a Family Mart convenience store nearby, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.
